Regal Rexnord is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented RBS Specialist II to join our team. In this role, you will directly support efforts to drive a culture of continuous improvement. You will be responsible for managing kaizen events and other improvement activities as directed by Site Staff, Policy Deployment, Model Value Stream, and Daily Management. The RBS Specialist will take a leading role in developing the organization’s breadth and depth in RBS tools, with a particular focus on building problem-solving capability. This specialist will also manage key projects involving cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and key development programs.**Key Responsibilities**:- Driving RBS culture and associating engagement with lean improvement activities- Improve key business metrics of OTD, productivity and EBITDA by implementing and supporting lean and continuous improvement activities.- Key participant in the creation and implementation of the site strategy.- Drive partner engagement and inclusion through active participation of all partners in Kaizen activity.- Boost the operation to reduce waste/ scrap, improve inventory turns, ensure 95% on-time delivery to the customer's desired date, improve and maintain product availability and reduce manufacturing lead times.- Promote and facilitate workflow analysis and creation/implementation of standard work to achieve improvement priorities.- Coordinate and track monthly strategy implementation activities and initiatives in support of meeting business metrics, Annual Improvement Priorities (AIPs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).- Drive Lead Time/inventory reduction activities within the organization: cellularization, kanban, supplier extraction.- Help the team leverage NAV and other reporting tools to drive operational business excellence- Promote improvements in daily management, visual management to sustain continuous improvement and 6S methodologies.**Critical Skills**:- Creative and progressive thinker with excellent interpersonal skills (positive, persuasive, motivating) and the ability to communicate effectively with others at all levels in the organization.- Ability to analyze problems, propose solutions, test theories, research alternatives, and reach conclusions. Skilled in collaborative problem-solving.- Organized with the ability to prioritize activities to achieve short and long-term goals and objectives.- Flexible and adaptive approach to change.- Team player who can build partnerships while leading cross-functional teams.- Self-motivation, drive, energy, and resilience.- Outstanding group facilitation, training, communication, and presentation skills.**Success Factors**:- Bachelor's degree preferably in a technical field with advanced degree preferred- 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with assignments in lean manufacturing/continuous improvement implementation as well as operations leadership.- Practical experience in implementing Lean in manufacturing and transactional industries.- Aerospace industry experience with strong background in metal manufacturing environments including metal cutting and grinding (highly desirable).- Excellent writing / administrative skills, including skills computer science ( word processing, graphics, spreadsheets, Minitab, etc.).- Demonstrated competence in time and project management.- Demonstrated ability to teach/train in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen tools- Strong leadership and mentoring skills with proven ability to develop employees.- Demonstrated competence in time and project management.- Team-oriented with the ability to influence others.Tipo de puesto: Tiempo completo, Por tiempo indeterminadoBeneficios:- Seguro de gastos médicos mayores- Seguro de vida- Servicio de comedor- Vales de despensaTipo de jornada:- Lunes a viernes- Turno de 8 horasExperiência:- Mejora continua: 3 años (Deseable)- Lean manufacturing: 3 años (Deseable)Idioma:- Ingles (Deseable)Lugar de trabajo: Empleo presencial
