We are looking for a Healthcare professional with a strong background in neurosurgery/neurology and medical devices, specializing in clinical support. The ideal candidate holds academic training in health sciences and brings hands-on experience in surgical environments, providing expert guidance to physicians and surgical teams throughout the patient care pathway. Key Strengths Clinical expertise in neurosurgical procedures, neurology, and neurostimulation therapies. Academic background in medicine, nursing, biomedical engineering, or related health fields. Proficient in English as a second language, enabling effective communication in international and cross-functional teams. Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate with physicians, nurses, and hospital staff. Experience with medical device implementation, troubleshooting, and patient follow-up. Core Responsibilities Provide technical support during surgeries and programming sessions, under the supervision of the neurologist. Attend specific patient cases requiring clinical presence, such as MRI scans and surgical procedures. Manage and send implant ID cards to appropriate stakeholders. Monitor and follow up on adverse events, ensuring proper documentation and reporting. Educate caregivers and healthcare professionals involved in the therapy to ensure safe and effective use. Submit weekly activity reports detailing clinical support and field operations. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve therapy delivery and outcomes in Mexico. The goal of this role is to ensure the successful clinical adoption and optimization of VNS neuromodulation therapy in Mexico by providing high-quality support to healthcare professionals, committed to improving patient outcomes through education, technical expertise, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
