You’ll own the reconciliation and financial accuracy of thousands of daily orders across LATAM, ensuring financial accuracy for our merchants.You will also support billing and payment processes; help ensure merchants are paid accurately and on time, and support internal teams to improve finance workflows.Role Responsibilities:- Reconcile order-level transactions across multiple systems (internal logs, payments, refunds, courier incentives, promos)- Design scalable dashboards and processes for daily financial tracking- Detect revenue leakage, mischarges, or SLA violations and drive resolution- Collaborate with Ops, Finance, and Product teams to align on business logic- Monitor financial KPIs such as gross margins, payout accuracy, and campaign ROI- Manage billing and payments for grocery partners- Work closely with commercial, finance, and tech teamsRole Qualifications:- 2+ years in financial operations, business analytics, or reconciliation roles- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills- Strong skills in Excel/Sheets and SQL; Python is a plus- Comfortable navigating ambiguity in fast-paced environments- Familiarity with marketplace models (delivery, e-comm, ride-hailing) is a big plus- Fluent in Spanish and business-level English- Experience in e-commerce or retail is a plusEEO Statement:- We create customer value - We strive to always create valuable experiences for our users in everything we do.
