Production Supervisor

You will collaborate with multiple functions within operations, development, and transformative capabilities to create mutual benefit and drive innovation in our processes.**What You Will Do**:- Provide leadership and direction to ensure the safety of all employees and visitors at our facilities.- Lead, track, and improve performance on key goals and objectives that create the most value.- Encourage and develop employees to enhance their individual and organizational performance, practicing a principle-based business approach.- Lead performance management processes, accountability, and corrective actions for the team.- Continuously improve plant performance through process improvements and lean manufacturing techniques, fostering ongoing business transformation.- Maintain our plant's union-free status through positive employee relations and development.- Collaborate with various departments such as Sales, Scheduling, Warehouse, and Shipping to optimize production requirements.- Work with processes and people to exceed customer expectations.- Assist employees in their growth and advancement to create an environment of maximum success potential.**Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)**:- Supervisory experience in a manufacturing plant.- Experience in employee relations, development, progressive discipline, and counseling.**What Will Put You Ahead**:- Completed degree in Engineering or a related field.- Experience in measuring and improving production processes to meet organizational goals and objectives.- Experience in leading positive employee relations.**Who We Are**:As a Koch company, Molex is a leading provider of connectors and interconnection components, driving innovation in electronics and supporting sectors ranging from automotive to healthcare, consumer, and data transmission.
