This role is ideal for individuals who are highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Coordinate all aspects of import and export operations, including preparation and submission of necessary documentation. Communicate effectively with logistics providers to ensure timely delivery of goods. Monitor and maintain accurate records of shipments, including customs clearance and payment processing. Develop and implement procedures to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs. Collaborate with the management team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in International Business or related field. Minimum 1 year experience in global trade operations, preferably in a similar role. Advanced English proficiency and excellent written and verbal communication skills. Negotiation and conflict resolution skills. Intermediate-advanced level Microsoft Office skills. Service-oriented attitude and ability to work in a team environment.
