Strategic HR Partner The role of the Human Resources Generalist plays a pivotal part in executing various HR tasks, ensuring seamless compliance with policies and procedures. This individual will be responsible for organizational development, enhancing work environment, culture, and change management. Additionally, they will promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace. Key Responsibilities: Organizational Development: Foster a productive and positive work atmosphere, focusing on employee engagement and retention. Promote HR initiatives to drive business growth, improve communication, and resolve conflicts effectively. Labor Relations Management: Address employee rule violations in a fair and timely manner. Support Psychosocial Risk Factor surveys and ensure compliance with NOM-035 regulations. Design and update HR metrics to track performance and inform data-driven decisions. Develop internal communication strategies to engage employees and enhance company culture. Create engaging content for various channels to promote HR initiatives and company values. Implement HR projects to drive business outcomes and improve overall efficiency. Administer the Suggestion Box to encourage employee feedback and ideas. Support social events to foster a sense of community and teamwork. Requirements 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in a similar role. Strong Labor Relations knowledge, with a focus on compliance and resolution. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders. General HR policies and procedures knowledge, with a focus on adaptability and continuous improvement. Bachelor's degree in Law, Administration, or International Business, with a focus on human resources or a related field. NOM-035 and LFT knowledge, with the ability to apply this expertise in a practical setting. HR Management Systems expertise, with the ability to leverage technology to drive business outcomes. Excel proficiency, with a focus on data analysis and visualization. Advanced English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across departments and levels.
