**Description**ISP Elementary 1st Grade Teacher Role ProfilePurpose of RoleThe purpose of the Elementary Teacher role is to provide high-quality teaching and learning experiences that support the academic, social, and emotional development of young students. The teacher creates a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment where all children are encouraged to reach their full potential.
