It fosters operational excellence by ensuring Driver Centers operate smoothly and meet performance and experience targets. This position is key to driving DiDi’s principles and culture in satellite locations. In this role, you'll be... Supervising driver centers, providing customer support in escalated situations, and managing workflow. Acting as the liaison between operations and different business lines. Raising alerts during unforeseen events, crises, or government visits. Ensuring driver centers are clean, organized, and visually appealing. Hosting VoC sessions, focus groups, and market insights activities. Managing data collection for dashboards. Conducting deep dive analysis to understand underperforming metrics. We are looking for candidates with... Years of experience: At least 2 years in retail, BPO operations, customer service, or sales. Main Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
