We're looking for our next Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Lead We are a multinational organization with a strong social mission and currently in a phase of strategic international expansion. We are seeking a professional to lead and implement comprehensive strategies that enhance the employee experience and optimize talent acquisition processes — with the goal of increasing employee satisfaction and engagement, reducing turnover, and attracting highly qualified candidates. Key Responsibilities: • Support the optimization of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. • Manage end-to-end hiring for Corporate roles, including coordination with external talent providers and recruitment platforms to ensure timely, high-quality hires aligned with our Talent Acquisition Policy. • Oversee immigration procedures for international Corporate hires, in coordination with external providers. • Address general HR requests from Corporate employees, including vacation requests, certificates, payroll inquiries, and more — providing solutions directly or referring to the appropriate area, always ensuring timely, high-quality responses. • Maintain and safeguard employee records, both active and inactive (offboarding). • Coordinate disciplinary processes such as PIPs, warning letters, resignations, and terminations. • Foster an organizational culture grounded in collaboration, innovation, and service. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related fields. • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, especially in Recruitment & Selection. • Strong command of recruitment sources, digital strategies, and sourcing techniques. • Proficiency in competency-based interviews and psychometric assessments. • Internal client focus, with strong leadership and effective communication skills. • Knowledge of applicable labor and social security laws (LFT, IMSS, immigration, etc.). • Advanced English proficiency.
