HR Manager - Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced Human Resources and Talent Acquisition Professional to lead our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations. We are looking for someone who can develop and implement comprehensive strategies that enhance the employee experience and optimize talent acquisition processes. Key Responsibilities: • Support the optimization of recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. • Manage end-to-end hiring for Corporate roles, including coordination with external talent providers and recruitment platforms to ensure timely, high-quality hires aligned with our Talent Acquisition Policy. • Oversee immigration procedures for international Corporate hires, in coordination with external providers. • Address general HR requests from Corporate employees, including vacation requests, certificates, payroll inquiries, and more – providing solutions directly or referring to the appropriate area, always ensuring timely, high-quality responses. • Maintain and safeguard employee records, both active and inactive (offboarding). • Coordinate disciplinary processes such as PIPs, warning letters, resignations, and terminations. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Psychology, or related fields. • 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, especially in Recruitment & Selection. • Strong command of recruitment sources, digital strategies, and sourcing techniques. • Proficiency in competency-based interviews and psychometric assessments. • Internal client focus, with strong leadership and effective communication skills. • Knowledge of applicable labor and social security laws (LFT, IMSS, immigration, etc.). • Advanced English proficiency.
