BPO Recruiter Lead We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced BPO Recruiter Lead to join our team. BPO Recruitment experience at a large organization, preferably with a strong background in talent acquisition and management. Availability to work from our offices in Guadalajara or remotely, depending on the company's needs. Experience working with BPO requirements and a deep understanding of the industry. Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and concisely. Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines, while maintaining high levels of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Able to work under pressure and adapt quickly to changing circumstances. Able to work collaboratively as part of a team, contributing to a positive and inclusive work environment. Responsible for maximizing candidate utilization and ensuring that all recruitment processes are efficient and effective. A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in BPO recruitment, with a proven track record of success.
