Job Summary: We seek a skilled and organized professional to provide high-level administrative support to the executive team. The ideal candidate will have exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Key responsibilities include: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements. Preparing and editing correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents. Conducting research, compiling data, and preparing reports for executive review. Handling incoming and outgoing communications. Organizing and maintaining electronic files and records. Liaising with internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the executive team. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred. Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of discretion and confidentiality. Professional demeanor and appearance.
