Job Purpose: To supervise, coordinate, and ensure the efficient, secure, and on-time execution of international shipments of finished goods, in compliance with customs regulations and trade certifications such as CTPAT and OEA. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and supervise export shipments to the United States, Europe, and Asia. Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, including accurate tariff classification (HTS/Schedule B). Verify customs documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc.) and ensure consistency with the physical cargo. Oversee adherence to security standards under CTPAT and OEA programs. Coordinate with customs brokers, carriers, and freight forwarders to ensure timely deliveries. Monitor in-transit inventory and maintain shipment traceability. Generate shipping reports, performance indicators, and non-conformance records. Lead and manage the shipping team (warehouse staff, forklift operators, shipping clerks). Maintain effective communication with internal and external customers in both English and Spanish. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize logistics processes and reduce costs. Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Trade, Logistics, or related field. Experience: Minimum 3 years in international logistics, shipping, or trade compliance within a manufacturing environment.
