**Description**:**Gordian Staffing, A New Way of HR**We focus on helping small and medium-sized enterprises in the United States and Canada to make business more accessible by offering specialized services and providing high-quality people solutions for those organizations, constantly growing and looking for better results in their markets.**Our client**:We are a small based company dedicated to maintaining the beauty and well function of important elements of our customer's homes, such as pressure washing exterior areas, windows, gutters, and dryer vent cleaning.**Job Activities**:- Professionally and promptly handle incoming calls, address inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate department or individual.- Efficiently record and relay messages to the relevant parties.- Create well-formatted and comprehensive proposals, accurately reflecting the company's offerings and addressing client needs.- Utilize organizational tools to schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and project timelines.- Generate and send invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.- Input and manage data on the Jobber platform, ensuring up-to-date and accurate information.- Implement effective strategies for following up on overdue payments, maintaining a diplomatic and customer-focused approach.**Schedule**:- Monday to Friday_Regular Schedule: 07:00 - 16:00 CSTDaylight Saving: 06:00 - 15:00 CST**We offer**:- Competitive Salary (According to experience).- Remote Work.- Work Stability.- Computer equipment.- Christmas bonus of 30 days (Aguinaldo).- 12 vacation days after the first year.- IMSS.- Major medical insurance since day 1.- After the 3-month probation contract, we add the following:_- Minor medical insurance- Food vouchers (10% of the gross salary).- Restaurant tickets $2015 MXN- Saving fund (8% of the gross salary).**Requirements**:- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment- Self-motivated to provide exceptional customer service- Demonstrated listening and verbal communication skills- Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer- CSR experience- Bilingual fluency (English/Spanish)- English Level 1 is desired
