Benefits and Operations Specialist

Job title: Benefit Operations & Support Specialist Work Scheme: Remote Join our team as a Benefit Operations & Support Specialist and play a critical role in ensuring employees get the benefits they need accurately, efficiently, and on time, support day to day benefits administration, and ensure everything runs smoothly between HR, payroll, and insurance providers. What You Will Do: Set up and audit benefit plans in our HR system (HRIS) Ensure accurate employee data and deductions Work with insurance carriers to resolve enrollment issues Help employees and clients with benefit related questions Support Open Enrollment and new client onboarding What We Are Looking For: 3+ years of experience in benefits or HRIS systems Experience working with US headcount and benefits. Detail oriented and great with data Strong communicator and team player Experience in a PEO or HR/payroll company is a plus Comfortable working in fast paced environments with multiple systems What We Are Offering: 100% remote position Salary: 30,000 to 35,000 gross based on experience Wellness program Law Benefits and some Superior Benefits Laptop and Headset Join a team that values accuracy, teamwork, and great service.
