Project Manager Position At a leading Life Science and Technology company, we seek an accomplished Project Manager to lead projects in the medical devices sector. This role demands strategic planning, project execution, cross-functional team management, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in project management methodologies, along with excellent collaboration and communication skills. Additionally, they will have a deep understanding of the medical devices industry and be able to effectively navigate complex projects from start to finish. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement project plans to ensure timely delivery, within scope, and budget. Coordinate logistics and production line transfers, ensuring seamless operations. Monitor project progress using trackers, identifying and mitigating risks as needed. Build and maintain relationships with cross-functional departments and stakeholders. Communicate effectively with clients and team members to meet project goals. Ensure compliance with FDA, ISO, and CE standards. BASIC QUALIFICATIONS A degree in Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related field. Master's or PMP certification (desirable). Minimum 10 years' experience in the medical device industry. 5+ years' experience in project management, with proficiency in tools like MS Project or Jira. Strong scheduling and meeting coordination skills. Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
