Packaging Development Specialist

Packaging Engineer The packaging division is seeking an experienced Packaging Development Specialist to manage the development of packaging specifications and functional performance product packaging for new and existing products. Key responsibilities include managing the packaging development process, building relationships with business partners, leading packaging projects, and performing laboratory tests. This role requires excellent project management skills, analytical and problem-solving abilities, and strong communication skills. A bachelor's degree in Packaging or Mechanical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience in packaging functions are required. Knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, SAP, Artios CAD, CAPE pack, and full-English professional proficiency are also preferred.
