As a key player in the global steel industry, we are seeking a talented Learning and Development Manager to spearhead our employee development initiatives. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing comprehensive training programs that drive business growth and success. This role involves defining training strategies aligned with organizational objectives, overseeing industrial safety training, and managing a team of cross-functional experts. Main Areas of Responsibility: Training Strategy & Leadership Industrial Safety Training Union Training Audits and Certifications Metric Analysis and Reporting Team Management & Cross-Department Collaboration Requirements: Education: Bachelor's degree in fields such as Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Human Resources, or related disciplines. Experience: Minimum of 5 years in leadership roles within learning and talent development. Skills: Strong leadership and team management capabilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with digital training platforms, analytical and results-oriented mindset, ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
