At PepsiCo we create a Space to be y( )u.Qualifications:**Merchandising Sr Analyst****Main Purpose**- Merchandising Scorecard: Information is vital for decision-making, this role must guarantee the obtaining of information from 17 countries, for the construction of KPI's that allow monitoring, understanding trends, and proposing changes, additionally should analyze the scorecard periodically generating proposals and reports for regional and managerial presentations.- Monitoring logistics processes: Annually around 1.1 MM units of racks produced in 9 countries by 26 suppliers. The role should strengthen the monitoring of quality, storage, and deliveries to easy-to-read time that allows anticipating problems to make decisions in advance the problem.- Project monitoring: Merchandising leads around 30 projects a year covering logistics, sustainability, quality, and productivity issues, this role must accompany the implementation of the projects from the control and monitoring side and in the medium term it must propose and lead at least one project a year that contributes productivity.- Data Analytics and Visualization Tools: In order to be able to make decisions faster and better, the role must have the ability to analyze and create dashboards and reports that facilitate this process, collecting and analyzing data through business intelligence tools.- Sap Materials Update: To offer the best service to the countries and improve the quality of the information, this role must guarantee the creation and update of all the core racks that our clients have included in their Annual Operating Plan**Accountabilities**- Build, share and report the consolidated monthly results in the Scorecard- Analyze and propose options and solutions across the E2E rack & POP process- Support the delivery of the country merchandising agenda during the year according to AOP and sales volume request- Implements rack playbook strategy according to production timing, installation agenda, and sales compromise per country- Manages communication status of the playbook (production and shipments)- Create the SAP codes for racks- Have at least 18 months in your current function- Notify your direct leader and HRBP that you are interested on the position- PDR evaluation of at least 2/2 on the last two years- Have not received any warrants and/or disciplinary notifications on the last 12 monthsResponsibilities (Secondary Language):**Education/requirements**- Bachelor Degree: Busines administrator / Industrial Engenier- Extensive experience in database management (Power BI preferred)- Experience in monitoring and reporting information, with analytical skills- Network building skills- Fluent English**Non Technical Skills**- Leadership- Teamwork- Interaction with people- Responsible- Working under pressure- Organization- Problem solving and frustration tolerance.- Financial and numerical skillsThank you so much for thinking about PepsiCo to start or continue your career!
