Job Overview This is a full-time, on-site teaching position for Preschool, Primary or Jr High school teachers for the upcoming academic cycle. The role involves preparing engaging lesson plans, delivering instructional activities, assessing student performance, and providing constructive feedback to students. Effective communication skills are essential to foster a positive classroom environment. In this capacity, teachers are responsible for maintaining a well-organized and structured classroom environment that supports student learning. Teachers collaborate with colleagues and staff to share best practices, improve student outcomes, and enhance their skills and knowledge through professional development activities. Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles. Deliver instructional activities that promote student engagement and understanding. Assess student performance and provide timely, actionable feedback to support student growth. Maintain a safe and inclusive classroom environment that promotes student learning. Cultivate strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success. Requirements: Experience in teaching, lesson planning, and classroom management. Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in using educational technology and digital tools to support instruction. Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administration to achieve shared goals. Bachelor's degree in Education or related field; advanced degrees are an asset. Relevant teaching certification or licensure. Experience working in a multicultural or bilingual setting is beneficial.
