And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!**Job Description**:**Production Supervisor**Duties & Responsibilities:- In charge of operations in production lines.- People management.- Responsible to meet production goals, quality, and cost objectives.- Prioritizes production schedules based on product introduction, equipment efficiency, and materials supply.- Plans and administers procedures and budgets.- Develops schedules and personnel requirements for assigned areas. S- Selects, develops, and evaluates personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the function.- KPI**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in engineering.- 3+ years as production supervisor experience.- Advanced or intermediate English level.- Availability to rotate shifts.- Experience in electronics production lines.- Lean manufacturing knowledge (preferably).- Proactive.LI-AM1
