Continuous Improvement Professional

Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. About You You have a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving cultural change. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
