Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to join our team. As a key member of the organization, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a culture of continuous improvement. Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Lead cross-functional teams in process improvement initiatives. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement changes. About You You have a proven track record of leading process improvement initiatives and driving cultural change. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels. You are a strategic thinker with the ability to analyze complex problems and develop innovative solutions. Requirements Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field. Minimum 3 years of experience in process improvement, preferably in a manufacturing or operations environment.
