Key Responsibilities Process and manage customer returns, received from internal teams in LATAM and HQ China. Verify and validate product return eligibility based on warranty terms and return policies. Generate and issue unique return numbers and ensure accurate documentation for each case. Coordinate the return logistics with customers and internal warehouse teams. Track and follow up on the status of returned items, ensuring timely receipt and resolution. Collaborate with quality assurance, engineering, and technical support for return inspections or failure analysis. Update internal systems with return details, replacement shipments, and resolution notes. Monitor and report on return trends and KPIs (e.g., turnaround time, return rate). Assist in root cause analysis and continuous improvement initiatives related to returns. Provide excellent customer service and communication throughout the return process. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field, master's is a plus. Proven experience in logistics, customer service, or inventory management (2–5 years in a similar role preferred). Strong understanding of return processes and policies. Familiarity with ERP systems and ticketing/CRM tools. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability. Good communication skills (both written and verbal). Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
