**Escentials functions:Operate 100% manual machinery for the manufacture of tools and parts, lathe, saw cutter, industrial drill, milling and grinding machine, AND thereby basic operation of CNC machinery, The operator also has and uses skills in the use of instruments measurement to validate the product based on plans, tolerances and specifications; In addition, the operator has the knowledge and skills to make repairs on previously manufactured tools and parts.- **Experience:- Work experience of 2 to 5 years in operation of machinery for manufacturing tools and parts.- Use of Measuring Equipment and Optical Comparator.- You must know mathematical operations.- Basic knowledge of C.N.C. equipment..- **Education:Technical high school or equivalent.- **Knowledge:- Reading of drawings, reading of specifications, reading of tolerances and reading of quality standards.- General knowledge in machinery mechanics.- Process inspection and release of 1st piece.- Management and use of measuring equipment as appropriate for compliance with product quality.- Knowledge of Machines and Tools.- Preparation of autonomous maintenance Checklist, machinery guards and 5’s.- Standardized work of the process to operate.- Shipping and quality metrics.- Company quality documents.- Energy block corresponding to the machines to be operated.- Filling and handling the work order.- Machine operation and specifications according to drawings and work instructions.- Filling OEE / OA- Interpretation of PFMEA.- Identification and management of corresponding visual aids.- **Authority:- Authority to stop and ask for help in case of unsafe conditions / acts.- Authority to stop the operation of your machine or another in case of security risks.- Authority to perform quality reviews of your product and reject it when it is not in compliance with the minimum quality standards.- Authority to perform autonomous maintenance work.
