Production Supervisor (Temporary Position)

**Objective**:Manage resources to meet SQVC results, focusing on meeting customer requirements in the shortest possible time.**General Activities**:Supervise staff compliance with safety guidelines to prevent accidents. Comply with quality guidelines to achieve customer satisfaction. Achieve production goals within the time required to increase the area's profitability. Authority to stop the line or make necessary changes to daily performance due to any type of situation such as staff shortages, material shortages, quality issues, or risk of accidents. Maintain updated metrics to maintain a vision of business performance. Manage and develop staff under their supervision. Continuous improvement in scrap and performance improvement in adherence to production plans.
