Vendor Manager

Fully manage the relationship with strategic vendors involved in the deployment of fiber optic infrastructure between Phoenix and Querétaro, ensuring contractual compliance, technical quality, on-time delivery, and cost optimization. Key Responsibilities: Select, negotiate, and contract key suppliers for the connectivity project. Oversee compliance with technical, financial, and service KPIs by vendors. Coordinate with technical, legal, and financial teams to ensure proper contract execution. Manage vendor-related risks (delays, quality issues, regulatory compliance). Implement continuous evaluation and improvement processes for vendor performance. Ensure vendor alignment with the project’s strategic objectives. Report progress, issues, and key metrics to project stakeholders. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Telecommunications, or related field. 5+ years of experience in vendor management for technological infrastructure projects. Technical knowledge of fiber optic network construction and data centers. Experience negotiating complex contracts and managing SLAs. Advanced English proficiency. Excellent communication, analytical, and conflict resolution skills.
