Site Installation Manager

**Job Summary**:We are seeking a **Site Installation Manager** to oversee the installation of structural systems, racking, and automated equipment on customer sites. This role will coordinate with contractors, technicians, design and project management teams to ensure installations are completed on time, within budget, and ready for commissioning and testing. The position is highly visible and interacts with teams across all departments, including executive leadership.**Key Responsibilities**:- Lead and manage Requests for Information (RFIs) from site contractors and vendors.- Track daily progress and commissioning readiness using the Golden Prerequisite (GPR) tool.- Maintain and communicate site bulletins and engineering changes; validate work completion.- Validate quality through use of Checklists with contractors and vendors.- Track and document missing materials and investigate root causes.- Support Field Change Requests (FCR) by assessing validity, resource needs, and cost impacts.- Assist in the demobilization of resources and materials post-installation.**Requirements**:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.- 5+ years of experience in integration, construction management, or automation installation.- 3+ years of supervisory or contractor management experience.- Experience with industrial/robotic automation and ASRS projects.- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management skills.- Data-driven mindset with experience in process improvement.- Availability to travelApplication Question(s):- Cuál es tu expectativa salarial mensual?Work Location: In person
