Kuadra Support is a professional services organization with an accounting focus that serves companies based in the U.S. through a Nearshore infrastructure. We are looking for a proactive and self-motivated full-time Jr. Administrative Assistant. This role requires a bilingual individual (Spanish/English) to work in an office environment. The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate high standards, excellent communication skills, and the ability to take initiative and prioritize daily tasks effectively. Starting Date: January 5, 2026 Essential Duties and Responsibilities Managing the director's schedule. Assisting with customer service. Collections and follow-up with clients. Keeping the client database up to date. Sending correspondence to clients. Supporting the director and the department administrator. Assisting with billing. Provide backup support to administrative team members. Qualifications Fluent in both Spanish and English (spoken and written). Bachelor´s degree in Business Administration or related field. Minimum of 1 year of relevant administrative experience. Strong organizational and multitasking skills. What´s on Offer Full-time, long-term position. Comfortable working environment and a friendly team culture. Work schedule: Monday to Friday. On-site work in Hermosillo, Sonora.
