Chief Mobility Administrator

Job Title: Mobile Device Management Specialist We are seeking an experienced professional to manage and maintain mobile devices within our organization. Key Responsibilities: Manage and troubleshoot mobile devices, including iOS and Android devices, using MDM software such as Workspace One UEM and Intune. Configure and deploy mobile devices, including Wi-Fi and ActiveSync settings. Troubleshoot device management issues, including app deployment and removal. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless device management. Requirements: 4-6 years of experience working with MDM software, preferably Workspace One UEM and Intune. Expert-level troubleshooting and reasoning skills. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail. Experience with Apple Business Manager (DEP and VPP) and Android Enterprise. Working knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell or Python is a plus. Experience with Azure is a plus. Preferred Qualifications: Working knowledge of software development. Understanding of SQL database administration or management. Progressive knowledge/experience managing projects of increasing size and complexity. Excellent customer service, collaboration, and presentation skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
