Job Description The Warranty Specialist role involves executing warranty policies, managing claims, analyzing data, supporting audits, training dealers, and resolving escalated warranty disputes. Responsibilities: Implement and communicate warranty policies aligned with the organization's quality and trust standards. Process dealer/customer claims ensuring compliance with timelines and documentation. Track claim trends and report recurring issues to QA/Engineering teams. Maintain accurate records for internal/external audits. Collaborate with Head of Technical Support to train dealers on warranty processes. Resolve complex warranty disputes escalated by Service Centers. Required Skills Analytical mindset and proficiency in warranty software. English fluency; Mandarin a plus. Experience in electric vehicle warranty processes. At least 3 years in warranty roles (OEM/EV preferred).
