About this role We are looking for an Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our business. Key Responsibilities: Review and verify the accuracy and completeness of documents to ensure high-quality results. Ensure compliance with internal policies and time standards to maintain our reputation and efficiency. Monitor the status of pending information (documents) to stay on top of tasks and meet deadlines. Record, track, and follow up on complaints (customers and suppliers) to resolve issues promptly and effectively. Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely resolution of complaints and maintain a positive relationship with stakeholders. Provide updates and financial impact to related teams to foster open communication and informed decision-making. Interact with multidisciplinary teams worldwide to coordinate administrative processes and achieve common goals. Act as a point of contact for inquiries related to documentation, complaints, and administrative procedures to provide support and guidance. Create, update, and maintain databases with accurate information to facilitate efficient data management. Generate reports and summaries as needed to inform business decisions and drive progress. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Management, International Business, or related fields to provide a solid foundation for success. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office tools to leverage technology and streamline tasks. At least 2 years of experience in a similar administrative role to bring valuable expertise and knowledge. Advance level of English (spoken and written) to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients across the globe. Essential Skills: Organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. Attention to detail to ensure accuracy and precision in all aspects of work. Strong communication skills to build relationships and convey information clearly. Results-oriented mindset to drive progress and achieve goals.
