Training Manager

**WORK ON SITE - Tijuana, Baja California.****Essential Job Duties**:- The primary purpose of this position is to support all aspects of training to include the coordination of training sessions and programs.**Other Work/Responsibilities**:- Will be responsible for creating course content, designing presentations and creating job manuals, job aids and other materials to ensure the trainees effectively learn the material.- Accountable for coaching and development and following up with employees during their probationary period.- Must communicate with the supervisors and other managers within the company about specific employees, new methods and ideas to facilitate successful future training and employees.**Required Skills**:- Ability to communicate effectively verbally with supervisors and the general public.- Ability to understand verbal and written instructions and other communications regarding work assignments and other matters.- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Strong computer technology skills required.- 3+ years of experience in training, organizational development and/or employee development.- Oversees training programs- Determines training needs and requirements for an organization or group by meeting with managers, talking with employees, or administering surveys- Reviews existing training materials produced by third parties to determine appropriateness and relevance- Modifies or creates course materials and training manuals to meet specific training needs- Presents in-person and online training sessions or hires qualified personnel to do so- Schedules training sessions, organizes information technology and other equipment, and manages course enrolment- Monitors training programs and manuals to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date and makes updates as necessary- Works with managers to address learning issues, instruction problems, or new educational needs regarding specific employees or departments- Maintains understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods**Salary**: $7,000.00 - $7,001.00 per weekWork Location: In person
