Cost Analyst Lead

Main responsibilities include preparing monthly end closures, journal entries, and running processes in ERP systems. Standard and actual cost calculations Reviewing depreciation, labor, and overhead rates Validating bill of materials, production rates, and process routings Coordinating with engineering, launching, and material departments Cycle counting and semi-annual physical inventory management Generating reports on PPV, gross margin, volume, and mix Maintaining general ledgers and reconciling balance sheets Inventory control for raw materials, finished goods, MRO, and fixed assets Ensuring internal controls and best practices are implemented Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field Over one year of experience in costing and accounting in the automotive industry Excellent communication and leadership skills Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills Familiarity with ERP systems and leadership principles We're looking for a detail-oriented professional who can lead our accounting team and drive results.
