Human Resources Leader The Human Resources Leader is responsible for overseeing and executing HR operations at the production plant, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, labor regulations, and operational standards. This role plays a critical part in maintaining workforce stability and developing a skilled team that drives business strategy. Develop and continuously improve HR processes by aligning with corporate objectives to enhance organizational performance and competitiveness. Ensure effective labor relations and enforce internal workplace policies, guaranteeing compliance with labor laws and a productive work environment. Collaborate with Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) teams to implement and support safety, hygiene, and environmental programs, promoting accountability and well-being across all functions. Design, implement, and monitor employee development programs aligned with business needs, fostering a culture of integrity and growth by promoting the company code of conduct and strengthening technical and interpersonal capabilities within operational and administrative teams. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Possession of a Master's degree is an asset. +5 years' experience in a managerial HR role in sites with +1,000 employees. 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment. Prior involvement in union bargaining processes.
