Senior Equipment Manager

Job Title: Laboratory Supervisor Main responsibilities: Verification of equipment, damage and calibrations to carry out daily tests. Perform R&R studies according to internal plan. Preventive maintenance of equipment according to calibration schedule. Development and documentation of tests. Preparation of reports to guarantee compliance with customer requirements. Comply with and enforce the requirements of IATF-16949 and ISO-14001. Ensure traceability of every piece that enters a laboratory. Enforce safety rules in corresponding areas: staff safety equipment, report safety risks in areas or equipment. Operate CMM, Faro, Microscope, and all equipment in the laboratory. Manage activities in the laboratory and incoming process. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Minimum 2 years of process experience Conversational/Advanced English Basic knowledge of measurement equipment, GD&T, instrument calibration, destructive testing, tension, hardness, color, gloss, and roughness testing, welding and metallography dimensional testing, data analysis and interpretation.
