Provide support to internal teams and external stakeholders. Manage documentation, data entry, and follow-up of internal and external requests. Communicate effectively with clients and suppliers locally and internationally. Coordinate meetings, calls, and follow-ups in English. Ensure timely resolution of inquiries from foreign clients and vendors. Prepare reports, summaries, and communications in English. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Administration or related field. Minimum 1 year in administrative roles and customer service. Proven ability to handle international communication via email, calls, and reports. Advanced English (spoken, written, and reading) – essential and non-negotiable. Strong organizational and time management skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word).
