Senior Supply Chain Coordinator

Supply Chain Specialist Job Description Main responsibilities include: Purchasing policy definition by component, taking into account lead times, SNP, minimum and maximum inventory, incoterm, and freight cost control. Loading of component profiles in the ERP system to generate purchase orders to suppliers. Material inventory management, including rotation and analysis of original versus actual purchase order variances. Total MRP management, covering consumption analysis versus theoretical values, scrap control from plex, and fluctuation analysis. Coordination of break points in engineering changes related to materials, ensuring obsolescence is managed effectively. Registration of part numbers in the Plex system and generation of purchase orders to MRO suppliers. Tracking of MRO part deliveries until arrival at the plant, as well as material receipt management at the MRO. Inventory control for accuracy and consumption trend analysis. Cyclic inventory coordination in the MRO warehouse, PEPS control, and coordination with MRO warehouse assistants. Review of minimums and maximums based on historical trends and packing density improvement management. Key qualifications for this role include: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. One year of experience in a similar position or related field. Conversational English skills. Proficiency in Excel. Knowledge of purchasing planning and materials management principles.
