Production Manager The ideal candidate will oversee the efficient and safe manufacturing process of products. This involves identifying issues, optimizing day-to-day operations, and leading a team of production employees to guarantee consistent quality goods. Ensure that equipment is functional and in line with regulatory standards. Manage team members and track key performance metrics. Necessary experience managing groups of 20 or 30 operators. Analyze production data, including pieces per hour, job rate, and worked hours. Availability for various shifts. Present data results from daily production. Familiarity with core tools is beneficial. Problem-solving skills using statistical and logical analysis are essential. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering or related field (Mandatory). Proficient in Excel and having at least 3 years of management experience. Experience working with Chrome is required. Able to work independently. Strong communication skills.
