Support Engineer in Cybersecurity

RH: Lessly MujicaLocation: AguascalientesGeneral Description: The XDR Engineer is responsible for delivering services for our security operations center, focusing on endpoint detection and response capabilities. You will be part of a team that manages vulnerability, compliance, and patch management services.In this role you will play a key role in: Operating and maintaining security platforms while delivering specialized services to our clients Troubleshooting incidents, implementing changes, and participating in new security projects Creating monthly reports and maintaining regular communication with customer stakeholdersYour profile: 3-5 years of experience in Operational Security with strong knowledge of cybersecurity principles Solid understanding of networking and general IT knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching) Experience managing Microsoft Windows and Linux environments Automation experience using Python and strong troubleshooting capabilities across endpoint systems Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English with a strong analytical mindsetWhat can YOU expect in a career with Capgemini?Working in a team environment, Consultants will focus on the analysis, design and development of technology-based solutions for Capgemini’s clients.
