Job Title: Plant Health Specialist The ideal candidate for this role will be responsible for maintaining a healthy environment within the plant, promoting initiatives focused on safety, health and hygiene, and serving as the first point of medical attention in case of an emergency. Key Responsibilities: Ensure a clean and safe working environment by performing regular sanitary inspections inside and outside the plant. Promote health and wellness initiatives among employees, including fitness programs and workshops. Provide medical attention to employees in case of an emergency or injury. Coordinate and supervise the activities of the Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) department. Collaborate with the EHS team to develop and implement safety protocols and procedures. Participate in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date on industry best practices and regulations. Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field such as occupational health, safety, or environmental science. At least 3 years of experience in EHS in the automotive industry. Conversational English language skills. Knowledge of healthcare regulations, including ISO 14000, STPS, and IMSS regulations.
