Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Aguascalientes, Mexico, for a Corporate Lawyer at Grupo ABA. The Corporate Lawyer will negotiate, draft, and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international laws. The individual will provide legal advice to the company on corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and risk mitigation. Additional responsibilities include supporting dispute resolution, representing the company in legal proceedings, and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to protect the company's interests. Qualifications Strong expertise in Contract Law, Corporate Law, and Regulatory Compliance Excellent skills in negotiation, legal drafting, and reviewing corporate agreements Experience with legal risk assessment and mitigation strategies Knowledge of real estate or construction law is highly advantageous Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders Licensed to practice law in Mexico; relevant certifications are a plus Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB or equivalent); Master’s degree in Commercial or Corporate Law is a plus Proficiency in Spanish (required) and English (preferred)
