Lead and oversee Human Resources operations at the company's production plant, ensuring alignment with corporate policies, local labor regulations, and operational standards. This role is critical to maintaining workforce stability and developing a technically skilled and high-performing team that drives the company’s business strategy. Key Responsibilities: Execute and continuously improve HR processes by corporate policies and business objectives to enhance organizational performance and competitiveness. Oversee labor relations and enforce internal workplace policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and maintaining a productive and legally compliant work environment. Partner with EHS teams to implement and support safety, hygiene, and environmental programs, promoting a strong culture of accountability and well-being across all functions. Design, implement, and monitor employee development programs aligned with business needs. Foster a culture of integrity and growth by promoting the company’s code of conduct and strengthening both technical and interpersonal capabilities within operational and administrative teams. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred. +5 years in a managerial HR role in sites with +1,000 HC. 10+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources, preferably within a manufacturing or industrial environment. Prior involvement in union bargaining processes.
