General Responsibilities 1. IMMEX program operation 2. Develop and implement the strategy to facilitate policy adherance, procedures and systems regarding imports and exports with focus on IMMEX programs + Local, Regional and Global Trade Compliance policies applicable. 3. Report the regulatory changes that come to its knowledge and may affect the normal development of customs operations. 4. Recommends appropriate international terms for import and export transactions. Responsible for implementation of mandatory processes fully comply with applicable laws and regulations and the import laws and regulations of the destination country, partnering with client Customs team + Customs Advisors 5. Lead the team in charge of the issuance, receipt, and emission of export certificates of origin for all applicable Free Trade Agreements locally. 6. Responsible manage the delivery of Fiscal audits regarding customs processes such as IMMEX programs • Communicative level of Intermediate • Relevant domain experience • University graduate • Negotiation • Taxes • Commercial insight • Assertive communication • Systematical thinking • Team Management experience
