Operational Specialist

Job Title: Field Operator We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team at one of our offshore facilities in Mexico. About the Role This is an exciting opportunity to work on our offshore equipment, where you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our assets. Safety Focus: Embracing a safety culture that results in Zero harm to people, the facility or reputation. Equipment Operation: Diligently follow written and/or verbal instructions to operate, start up, or shutdown equipment on your assigned asset. Troubleshooting: Troubleshoot and correct any deficiencies with the process equipment within your assigned area. Maintenance Management: Identify and document all deficiencies that will require maintenance intervention in the maintenance management system. Control of Work: Understand and execute the control of work process to include permitting, lock out/tag out, safe isolations, and other critical activities necessary to assure the safe execution of work within your assigned asset. Key Responsibilities Asset Condition Monitoring: Accurately make rounds and record equipment conditions such as pressure, temperatures, vibrations, and other critical process data to assure asset is operating within design specifications. Compliance: Operate field process equipment in compliance with company environmental and safety policies. Reporting: Document and report all safety or environmental concerns to supervision. Training: Participate in Operating Procedure & Manual development process by continuously improving and updating procedures.
