Logistics Operations Manager

Job Description We are seeking an experienced Logistics Operations Manager to oversee the efficient management of logistics, dispatch reports, manifest lists, and material requisitions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in supervising company or contract staff, with 5+ years of experience at a supervisory level or higher. This role involves analyzing and optimizing logistical procedures, developing processes for better efficiency, and maintaining relations with the organization on supply chain related topics. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising catering, housekeeping, and general services contract staff, as well as managing materials on and off assigned facilities to support various functions. Key Responsibilities Developing and executing strategies towards world-class, safe, reliable, and cost-effective operations Managing logistics, dispatch reports, manifest lists, and material requisitions Overseeing helicopter, marine, and ground transportation operations Arranging logistics and transport for personnel movement Coordinating and monitoring supply chain operations Requirements 5+ years of experience at a Supervisory level or higher managing company or contract staff Bilingual (English/Spanish) Strong leadership and motivational skills to create a culture of safety and excellence
