Senior Maintenance Planner - Offshore Facilities

Job Title: Maintenance Engineer Manager Description: The organization is seeking an accomplished Maintenance Engineer Manager who will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth operation of our offshore facilities. As a strategic partner to our asset integrity and reliability teams, you will be responsible for developing and implementing proactive maintenance strategies that drive efficiency and optimize resource allocation. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity. Collaborate closely with operations, logistics, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless planning and execution of maintenance activities. Actively participate in daily maintenance planning and scheduling meetings to optimize scheduled activities and ensure safe and effective management of simultaneous operations and maintenance (SIMOPS) activities. Ensure maintenance schedules are consistent, completed according to short- and long-term preventive and predictive plans, and in accordance with corrective maintenance priority settings. Monitor and maintain shutdown schedules for any outstanding corrective maintenance work to ensure continuity. Continuously monitor and maintain area maintenance execution backlogs at agreed minimum levels. Ensure integrated activity scheduling and resource leveling of maintenance jobs along with campaign shutdowns, equipment overhauls, shutdowns, and minor pits jobs. Requirements: Relevant engineering degree and technical qualifications. At least 7 years of experience with computer maintenance management systems (Maximo, SAP, IFS). Experience working with LNG or hydrocarbon processing facilities. Working knowledge of Primavera planning and scheduling software. Skilled in preparation of look-ahead plans and scheduling techniques. Knowledge and understanding of various process equipment and its components. Skilled in coaching and communication.
