Maintenance Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Coordinator to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing effective maintenance plans, ensuring optimal equipment performance and minimizing downtime. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans to ensure maximum equipment uptime. Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to identify and prioritize maintenance activities. Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including schedules, reports, and certifications. Ensure compliance with safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry standards. Requirements: 7+ years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the oil and gas or chemical industries. Proven track record of developing and implementing effective maintenance plans, resulting in improved equipment reliability and reduced downtime. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Bilingual (Spanish) and/or knowledge of Primavera Planning/scheduling software is an asset.
