YOUR TASKSJob Objective: Play a key role in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of special production processes, ensuring high quality, efficiency, and compliance with Hella standards and legal requirements.Key Responsibilities: Define specifications and support supplier selection for process-specific production equipment. Qualify new processes and technologies for upcoming products. Monitor and optimize production processes to meet performance KPIs. Analyze process failures and lead improvement initiatives.
