YOUR TASKSObjective: Entrepreneurial responsibility for production, from planning support for customers through order processing and production to on-schedule delivery, taking cost, deadline and quality agreements into account.Ensure, comply with and bear responsibility for the COP (Conformity of Production) requirements defined by the law for the products to be manufactured at the plant on behalf of the license holder.A Internal Factory/ Production Center Management 1 Ensure that the parts and products ordered are manufactured and delivered in the right quality, quantity and time and for the planned costs, in order to meet customer wishes and make profits2 Ensure the implementation of quality strategy (e.g. zero defects, process mastering, process ability, 5S method etc.); ensuring that internal and external complaints are processed, production audits and measures for improvement are carried out and scrap and rework costs reduced, in order to continually improve the quality of processes and products and increase customer satisfaction3 Planning and agreeing the investment and cost budgets and personnel capacities with Controlling and HR on a fiscal year basis, checking the monthly deviations and initiating suitable corrective measures, in order to meet target requirements and secure Hella profit4 Provision of means for staff, technologies and systems. Achieving the prescribed economic targets through the economic use of the resources manpower, material and production equipment, in order to remain competitive on the world market. Further development of controlling systems in production5 In cooperation with the Human Resources department, consulting, discussing and, if appropriate, negotiating all the issues affecting the production area that have to be agreed with the works council and which the works council has to be informed about, in order to meet legal requirements and guarantee trouble-free production procedures6 Working with the EHS Manager to ensure that faults in the health & safety area are recognized, checked and eliminated, in order to meet legal and company requirements and avoid accidents and production downtimes7 Agree training and instruction for employees. Providing protective measures of all kinds within the legal framework, in order to create maximum safety for the health of employees8 Implementing the environment management system in order to meet the legal environment protection requirements9 Building-up, commissioning and optimizing the planned production lines, sampling and qualifying injection tools to ready for series production, qualifying the necessary staff and carrying out the acceptance test for production with customers in order to guarantee trouble-free and on-schedule SOP10 Together with the central industrial engineering department development of new, innovative production procedures and strategies; integration of agreed concepts in existing production; designing manufacturing procedures, developing factory layouts, determining cost centers, clarifying and procuring replacement and new investments. Agreeing and implementing measures with the divisions affected, in order to guarantee trouble-free and cost-optimized production and increase profitability 11 Implementation of the CIP (Continual Improvement Process) in the area of responsibility within the context of the agreed guidelines and the program, in order to guarantee permanent improvement of competitivenessB Leadership 1 Deploying employees corresponding to their qualifications within the relevant structure. Instructing and supporting employees in a target-oriented and motivating manner to fulfill the tasks2 Guiding, instructing and supporting employees in function-related tasks3 Responsible for hiring process and sustain the team performance and evaluation as well as qualification demands4 Managing of employees according to targets and delegation, to select, to qualify and further develop employees on the basis of a culture of trust, control effectiveness, in order to develop and compensate potential and promote individual competencies, to achieve the targets of the departmentYOUR QUALIFICATIONS More than 6 up to 7 years of experience in similar roles. Solid experience guiding and developing teams. Solid background in automotive operations (electronics) and manufacturing engineering processes in automated assembly lines.
