About position Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Plant Manager and the management team. Responsibilities include managing and coordinating calendars, organizing business travel, preparing and consolidating operational reports, and planning all logistics for plant visitors to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Specific Duties Coordination of business travel. Purchase business travel, including flights, hotels and car rentals as well as home-airport transfers. Create an itinerary according to the user's needs and subsequently create their expense report. Manage and coordinate the calendar and administration of meeting room reservations Coordinate and attend visitors to the plant. This includes scheduling, hotel reservations, transportation, meals, setting up an office to work in, as required. Manage the utility cars by keeping the correct scheduling of maintenance, tire and battery changes as well as scheduling repairs when necessary. Administration of coffee service, coffee breaks and supplies for meetings, visits, audits and courses. Support in the organization of company events and quotation and purchase of items for them. Qualifications 3 to 4 years of experience in administrative assistant positions supporting management teams Fully fluent in English Strong communications skills with a professional tone High knowladge in Office, mainly in Excell.
